The Country House has a swimming pool for free use by guests and is made up of MONO, BILO and TRILOCALI apartments.

The structure overlooks the riviera of Porto San Giorgio, Lido di Fermo, offering a wonderful sea view, reachable in ONLY 6 MINUTES BY CAR. The beach is about 8 km long with the same length of the seafront, equipped with bathing establishments, restaurants and free beaches.

While on the other side you can admire the panorama of Fermo, with the gentle hills and in perspective the view of the Sibillini Mountains.
You therefore have the privilege of living immersed in nature and its silence and at the same time of reaching in five minutes both the city of Fermo, with its monuments and its thousand-year history, and Porto San Giorgio, more holiday-oriented and lively.
The structure is surrounded by hills, on which ancient villages insist where you can find trattorias to taste local specialties that you can find in the numerous and famous festivals, organized especially in the summer period.
The Country House is located in the center of one of the most important shoe production areas of the country and full of numerous outlets.
