Description

The Casale dei Rosoni is located in Contrada Torbidello, the center of the upper Tesino valley. It stands on a rounded river terrace, between the Tesino and Oste streams, at an altitude of 395 meters above sea level; it is dominated by Mount Ascension (1.103 m), rich in chestnut groves. In addition to the capital, the municipality includes the hamlets of Capradosso, Castel di Croce and Poggio Canoso. Rotella is a place in a privileged geographical position: halfway between the Sibillini National Park and the Riviera delle Palme, both easily reachable.
