Description
Already present, in the Papal Cadastre, in 1825, the farmhouse respected the typical architecture of Montefeltro, a functional structure to accommodate several families, at the time dedicated to working in the fields and livestock.
At the time, these units , had to be completely autonomous, therefore: the barn on the ground floor isolated and heated the rooms on the first floor; the well, inside the structure, allowed the collection and conservation of rainwater; the cave north of the house ensured the preservation of food.
The structure of the Girfalco Country House consists of different types of housing, 3 one-roomed rooms and 4 two-roomed flats that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.
