Located on the beautiful seafront of Senigallia, approx. 100m from the sea and close to the historic center of Senigallia , the Residence Avana was renovated in 2005 and offers its guests maximum comfort thanks to accurate air conditioning and soundproofing. of the apartments.
The residence has a common room, lift and every single unit has a private bathroom: summer and winter air conditioning, television, safe, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes (plates, cutlery, pots, etc.), bed linen and towels; some two-room apartments have a balcony.
